1- Am I allowed to talk english here? I don't really like portuñol, doesn't work for me.
2- What are the rates of this server? Exp / Gold / Items / Pets.
3- What about the administration? Are the GMs active? How often do you have events?
4- Is the server stable? Do you have many downtimes?

I thinking about joining this server, as the other one that I'm playing is really disappointing me. Hope you guys can answer =)

The anwer to your language barrier is: Yes, you can talk in english if you prefer, but you must know that only a reduced part of the community will be able to understand your language. I belive portuguesse is sometimes easier to understand than english when you refer to an latinian speaker, btw, you choose the language, there is no limitiations there.

About server,

Our rates are 1x1x1x1x.
About administration, we do our best. Trying to do events periodically, we hope not to dissapoint you on this. GMs use to login on the server almost every day, asking users for feedback and so.
About stability, we actually have problems from time to time, but improving our uptime average everyday.
