Help needed with installation

Hello all, so I downloaded the CZlauncher, and then began installing TERA. I noticed that it wasn't installing in the folder I wanted, so I stopped the download, then changed the folder accordingly.
Then, when I went to reinstall TERA, it said "Play". That prompted a message saying "Start file not found". I tried uninstalling the launcher and associated files, reinstalled, only to find the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this, and can anyone please suggest a solution?
