Read this. As in, don't ignore it. Or you can ignore it and ask stupid questions I already answered and embarrass yourself. Up to you.
Q. How come my stat didn't increase by as much as you said it would?
A. This is usually, in the case of P.Atk., P.Def., M.Atk., and M.Def., directly because of your Masteries. Masteries are not boosted by buffs on these stats which in the end means you get less than the buff said it would. If you really want it exact, you have no choice right now but to do the math yourself by looking at the Status Window section of this Wiki.
For Critical, the buffs multiply on your base Critical individually and then add together in the end. It may sound complicated but it's not really too bad. Again for more info on that, look at the critical Status Window section.
Lastly, the game does round numbers down. What your status window shows is only a rounded number. The game actually uses the full decimal value as far as I know.
If, however, you think the buff really is wrong, please send me a message. We'll take a look at what's wrong with it. Everyone makes mistakes, and unlike some places I'll openly admit I do it a lot.
Q. How much does Holy Weapon, Dance of Light or Holy Blade boost damage on monsters? Do any of them stack?
None of them stack. The damage boost varies depending on which monster you are fighting. First of all the monster must be weak to Holy attribute, which is seen by "Weak to Sacred Attack" in the monster's description. Most monsters with a Holy weakness take 20% more damage from Holy attacks. The exceptions are the Vampires from Forest of the Dead and the Demon type monsters (but not Undead) from Imperial Tomb, Forge of the Gods and the Rift, which only take 10% more damage.
Q. It says the "blah blah HP or MP per tick" is this, but in game it's totally different. Why!
The numbers you'll see here are just base values. I do not know the formula for per tick stuff at present. The only exception should be the % changes. Percent changes should be correct as listed but it's still confusing because of the regen formulas.

1. - shield stun thats good and bad at the same time
we will get stunned less thats the good thing, i predict that our lightning strike will be way better since its 30 seconds
2. armor crush, hammer crush get nerfed thats good since they ignore
shield defense in c5 and wont hurt us that much
3. confusion -45% .. hmm i used that skill when i was low to train people lol too bad this will be useless skill no.1
4. corpse plague -50% O.o
holy shit that skill was never usefull why do they nerf it
i have only used it a few times when we aoe'd and it wont do much dmg

Change Skills
- Frost Bolt: Duration has been reduced.
- Resist Aqua: Can't be removed by Surrender spells of lower level (Effect).
- Surrender to Water: Increases slightly higher resistance to Fire attacks.
- Surrender to Earth: Increases slightly higher resistance to Wind attacks.
- Cancel: Changed to remove up to a maximum of 5 buffs. Now can remove Ultimate Defense, Ultimate Evasion, Touch of Life, Vengeance, and Lionheart (they are already removed in C4, so maybe there were a error on the original NCSoft note and it means they aren't removed anymore).
- Sleep: Skill use has been increased.
- Sleeping Cloud: Skill use has been increased.

- Curse Fear: Success rate has been increased. Works about 90% in yellow mobs.

- Agression effects changed for PvP. To PC, Hate's effect is now 'Target me, and then attack'. The target’s actions are not locked, they can cancel the effect by clicking on the ground or when they perform other actions. The success rate does not seem to be guaranteed, there are times when the target don’t change. The hate skill from their 1st class change seems to only be able to change the target.
- Agression: Can be used on players.
- Entangle: Duration has been reduced.
- Songs MP Cost and range have been reduced (Unconfirmed, just rumors about it).
New Skills
- Arrest (55): Taunts and puts the enemy in a state of hold for a brief moment. Cannot be recasted while the the hold state is in effect. Success ratio seems rather high. Range is short (500 or less). Root effect lasts 8-10s seconds. The difference with 'Shackle' skill is unknown. SPS can't be used. Hold duration and reuse time are almost the same. Has agression effect.
- Psycho Symphony (55): Decreases the movement speed/Attack Speed/Casting Speed of surrounding enemies for a brief moment.

- Deadly Blow: Instant Kill Effect 1 chance added.
- Backstab: Instant Kill Effect 1 chance and Critical Skill effect (damage x2) has been added. Damage formula has changed so that damage from usage of SS has increased rather than damage from basic attack. It will damage HP directly and bypass CP when used against PC. If the Instant Kill Effect 1 triggers, HP becomes 1 instead of CPs (Unconfirmed, it worked in that way in the PTS).
- Lure: Mind property added.
- Switch: Mind property added. Effect of target cancelation has been added.
- Trick: Mind property added. Effect of target cancelation has been added.
- Lethal Blow: Cooltime reduced.
- Bluff: MP cost reduced to 35.

- Sand Bomb (55): Launches a sand bomb, decreasing enemy's accuracy for a brief moment. Level 1-10. 30 seconds debuff. It seems to decrease accuracy same as skill level. At level 9 it becomes Accuracy -9.
- Summon Treasure Key (46): Summons treasure box keys. Uses key of thief. This skill have been tweaked after the PTS so the info about the number of keys obtained is outdated.
- Stealth (5Cool: Veils player from monster aggro for a short period of time. Decreases player's combat ability while in effect. Selfbuff. Duration 2 minutes. Cooldown less than 2 minutes. P.Atk, P.Def, M.Def, Accuracy and Critical change greatly reduced during duration. No movement speed reduction.
TYRANT/GRAND KHAVATARI
Skill Changes
- Cripple: Duration has been reduced.
- Focus Force: Has been changed to use both MP and HP.
- Force Rage: Skill use time has been increased by a narrow range (not much).
- Punch of Doom: Ignores shield defense.
- Burning Fist: Ignores shield defense.
- Soul Breaker: Ignores shield defense.
- Skills that use charges have been changed. Charges goes out after 10 minutes. Only the charges required to use the skill will be consumed. Increased damage because overcharging still the same.
- Force Blaster: Uses 1 charge. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2).

- Inferno Body (5Cool: Adds a fire element to physical attacks and increases player's resistance to fire attacks. From korean testimonals the the dmg per hit with inferno body on was increase about 100dmg. For tyrant it would be 50 dmg more per fist, which would be 100dmg increase although. It also adds dmg to skills. It's an active skill.
- Totem Spirit Hawk: Player is bestowed with the spirit of the hawk. Increases critical power and rate when using fist weapons. Duration 2 minutes. Cooldown 300 seconds. Critical Rate +100, Increased Critical Damage, Accuracy +6. (Unconfirmed: increased Critical Damage seems removed)
- Zealot (58/66/74): Receives the power of the guardian, causing an increase in combat ability for a short period of time. Drains HP while in use. Can be used when HP falls below 30%. Selfbuff. Duration 1 minutes. Reuse time is the same as Lionheart. If a weapon is equipped and you don't have the weapon mastery for that weapon this skill just gives you the Movement speed bonus. Increased Critical rate. (Unconfirmed, this bonus changes for Destroyers).

HP consumption when activated and per tick is unclear so this info can be outdated/misstranslated: It costs 200HP when activated, it consumed 150CPs per tick until CPs are gone and then 150HPs per tick but just while moving, HP/CPs don't decrease if you are stationary. The effect will disappear if HP is healed above the 30% after it has been activated (this maybe changed, because a penalty to Healing Recovery has been added).

Invocation: Meditate to increase the MP regeneration rate significantly while your body remains immobile. P. Def is significantly decreased and the meditation cancels when attacked.
Celestial Shield: Temporarily makes the target invincible with holy power.
Spell Force (Cardinal): Delivers your magic power to a party member. The delivery is canceled when you incur damage.
Divine Lore (Cardinal): Decreases MP consumption for magic skills.
Cleanse (Cardinal): Cancels all of your target's debuffs. Consumes 1 Einhasad’s Holy Water.
Salvation (Cardinal): Revives a dead character to a recovered state. All buff/debuff effects except Noblesse Blessing and Lucky Charm are retained during death. Consumes 2 Einhasad’s Holy Waters.
Purification Field (Cardinal): Cancels all debuffs of nearby allies. Can be used when Spell Force is level 2 or higher. Consumes 1 Magic Symbol.

The Greater Heal skills and Chant of Life/Heart of Pa’agrio magic effects have been changed to permit receiving the effects at the same time. You can now receive both effects at the same time. Also, a continuous heal buff is placed in the buff slot.
A Bishop who has trained level 11 in the Major Heal skill can now use skill enchantment.

- Effect of "Instant Kill” has been expanded. Effect 1: Monster’s HP is reduced by 50% or PC’s CP is reduced to 1 with low percent. (Blinding Blow, Backstab, Deadly Blow, Critical Blow). Effect 2: Monster’s HP is reduced to 1 or PC’s CP and HP are reduced to 1 with very low percent. (Lethal Shot, Lethal Blow)
- When mage classes use bow as well as polearm, penalties of lower accuracy (-8 Accuracy) and increased attack speed (meaning slower attack speed) will be applied.
- All the skills with slow movement effect has duration reduced. I added to each class their slowing skills as if they include that nerf because there isn't any list to check and seems a general nerf, so maybe some of them aren't affected by this nerf.
- Some monsters listed have been modified to not be effected by Dance of Shadow, Stealth, and Silent Move skills, instant kill effect, and forced target change effects (list removed because space reasons).
- Debuffs/Curses (Gloom, Cancel, Root, Silence, Sleep, etc.) will use now MEN stat instead WIT stat to be resisted. Poison will be resisted with CON stat instead MEN stat.

The effect will disappear if HP is healed above the 40% after it has been activated (this maybe changed, because a penalty to Healing Recovery has been added).
- Inferno Body (5Cool: Adds a fire element to physical attacks and increases player's resistance to fire attacks. From korean testimonals the the dmg per hit with inferno body on was increase about 100dmg. For tyrant it would be 50 dmg more per fist, which would be 100dmg increase although. It also adds dmg to skills. It's an active skill.

Skill Changes
- Focus Sonic: Has been changed to use both MP and HP.
- Sonic Rage: Skill use time has been increased by a narrow range (not much).
- Duelist Spirit: Reuse time has been reduced. On the occasion that Duelist Spirit is used during PvP, damage has been increased.
- Fatal Strike: Ignores shield defense.
- Hammer Crush: Ignores shield defense.
- Skills that use charges have been changed. Charges goes out after 10 minutes. Only the charges required to use the skill will be consumed. Increased damage because overcharging still the same.
- Sonic Blaster: Changed to use 2 charges. Changed to be learned at level 43. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2).
- Double Sonic Slash: Changed to use 3 charges. Changed to be learned at level 49. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2).
- Triple Sonic Slash: Changed to use 4 charges. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2). Ignores shield defense.
- Sonic Buster: Changed to use 0 charges. Now consumes 3 energy stones. Unknown if they still get benefit from overcharging. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2).
- Sonic Storm: Changed to use 0 charges. Now consumes 3 energy stones. Unknown if they still get benefit from overcharging. Reuse time has been decreased. Critical Skill damage chance added (Damage x2).

- War Frenzy (5Cool: Increases player's resistance to shock and sleep attacks. Toggle Skill. Drains MP. Level 1-3. Effect with Lionheart is cumulative.
HAWK EYE/SAGITTARIUS
Skill Changes
- Dash: MP usage have been reduced. Duration have been increased to 15. Reuse have been reduced to 60-80s.
- Stun Shot: Effect of target cancelation has been added.
- Double Shot. Effect of critical skill has been added (damage x2).
- Snipe: Range, P.Atk, and Accuracy have been increased. Skill use and skill reuse have been increased.

- Pain of Sagittarius (5Cool: Convertes about 9HP:1MP ratio (387 HP gave 43 MP). Cooldown 20 seconds.
- Blessing of Sagittarius (5Cool: Decreases refresh time of physical skills for a period of time. Reuse time noticeably reduced for skills. Level 1-3. Selfbuff. 20 minutes duration.
- Spirit of Sagittarius(5Cool: Decreases MP use of physical skills for a short period of time. Level 1-3. Consumption MP of physical skills is lightened. Selfbuff. Duration and Cooldown unknown.
- Quiver of Holding (5Cool: Increases weight limit. The maximum loading capacity increases. Level 1-3. Passive Skill.
NECROMANCER/SOULTAKER
Skill Changes
- Mass Slow: Duration has been reduced.
- Sleep: Skill use has been increased.
- Anchor: Success rate has been increased. Duration changed to 30s. Reuse chante to about 40s.
- Dark Vortex: Power is reduced but drain percentage is increased.
- Curse Fear: Success rate has been increased. Works about 90% in yellow mobs.
- Corpse Burst: Power has been increased 2 folds. It will have damage equivalent to a single target damage spell, even though it is an area effect damage spell. (Unconfirmed, PTS patch notes)
- Forget: Mind property added. Success rate has been increased. Works about 90% in yellow mobs.
- Vampiric Claw: MP usage increased.
- Vampiric Touch: MP usage increased.
- Summons' Damage in PVP has been nerfed (does not effect PVE).
- Summons' HP gauge can be viewed by all the players (enemies included).
- Summons' Soulshot consumption has been changed.
- Transfer pain: Fixed so that transfer pain will only work when servitor is near the summoner. The max range seems between 600-1200.
- Silence: Duration has been reduced to 30s.
New Skills
- Mass Curse Fear (5Cool: Puts surrounding enemies into a state of fear, causing them to run away. Fear with an area effect range of 500. Since sleep has been weaken, this might be used when soloing against enemies that are linked.
- Mass Curse Gloom (5Cool: Decreases m.def of enemies surrounding the summon. Uses cursed bones.
- Summon Cursed Bone (5Cool: Summons cursed bone. Level 1 costs 40 Spirit Ore and summons 25-100 cursed bones, Level 2 costs 80 Spirit Ore and summons 50-100 cursed bones.
OVERLORD/DOMINATOR
Skill Changes
- Rage of Paagrio: Added Evasion penalty. Level 1 Evasion -2, Level 2 Evasion -4.
- Clan/Alliance skills area of effect has been increased (Unconfirmed, it appears in the PTS patch notes).
- Heart of Paagrio: Effect is altered to include immediate and heal over time effect so that compared to the previous effect the total heal is increased to 110~120%. When using SPS the immediate heal effect is greatly increased.
- Steal Essence: MP usage increased. About +30% MP cost.
- Seal of Gloom: Mana Burn effect has been added.
- Life Drain: MP usage increased.
- Seal of Slow: Duration has been reduced.
- Seal of Silence: Duration has been reduced.

PALADIN/PHOENIX KNIGHT
Skill Changes
- Agression effects changed for PvP. To PC, Hate's effect is now 'Target me, and then attack'. The target’s actions are not locked, they can cancel the effect by clicking on the ground or when they perform other actions. The success rate does not seem to be guaranteed, there are times when the target don’t change.
- Agression: Can be used on players.
- Hate Aura: Can be used on players.
- Touch of Life: HP usage has been decreased.
- Holy Strike: Holy property added.
- Holy Blessing: Reuse time has been changed.
New Skills
- Shackle (55): Taunts and puts the enemy in a state of hold for a brief moment. Cannot be recasted while the the hold state is in effect. Success ratio seems rather high. Range is short (500 or less). Root effect lasts 8-10s seconds. The difference with 'Arrest' skill is unknown. SPS can't be used. Hold duration and reuse time are almost the same. Has agression effect.
- Tribunal (55): Strikes with a gathering of holy energy. Taunts and decreases the accuracy of the enemy for a brief moment. Can be used when equipped with sword/blunt. Overhit possible. Does about 200 more dmg than normal hit against PC. Holy attack attribute. Debuff decreases accuracy by 9, lands at a very low rate. Power of the skill almost no raise for each new level of the skill. The MP cost is the same than Agression skill.
- Banish Undead (55): Puts undead enemies in a state of fear, causing them to run away. Chance of kill. Uses soul ore. Works on Necromancer summons.
- Mass Shackle (5Cool: Taunts surrounding enemies and puts them in a state of hold. Cannot be recasted while the hold state is in effect.
- Angelic Icon (58/66/74): Player receives a holy calling, causing a surge in combat ability for a period of time. Decreases the effect of heals received. Can be used when HP falls to less than 30%. Invokes god's might to greatly increase one's own combat power. While under this effect, effectiveness of HP recovery spells received are reduced drastically. Selfbuff. Duration 2 minutes. If a sword isn't used the Critical increase isn't obtained.
