Consulta skills 3era proff (Buffs y Chantes)

Buenas, veo que todos hablan del CoV, PoF, PoW y demas, se lo que significan las siglas y que PJ's tienen esas habilidades, pero lo que no sé es que hacen realmente. PoF te damas ATK Speed, pero hasta ahí llego. xD
¿Alguien podría pasar alguna pagina donde diga lo que hacen los buffs en general? Tenia una hace unos meses que tenia un fondo marrón con rojo, estaba muy buena, pero no recuerdo el nombre x.x

El cliente de gracia 2.3 te da una informacion mas detallada que antes y en la del POWater no dice nada sobre el critico magico, de ahi mi duda.
